After two years as a licensed Real Estate Agent and 15 years as a licensed Real Estate Broker/Agent, I have embarked on my long-term dream as a Broker/Owner. I have amassed years of experience as a real estate professional of sales and purchases of properties including single families, condos, multi-families, commercial properties and investment properties as well; what better time to start my own Real Estate Brokerage Company, GC&C Properties, LLC.
In the beginning of my Real Estate career, because I had such a passion for learning all aspects of the real estate field, that with my first commission check, I enrolled in a Paralegal course at Northeastern University that covered the subject matters of what are the duties of the real estate professional, house inspection professional, title search professional as well as the duties of the closing attorneys in a real estate transaction. Real Estate is an infinite business to be part of and I invite others to join this exciting profession to experience the joys of assisting others in realizing their real estate dreams. I have vast knowledge of many clients that I have had the great opportunity to "ASSIST THEM IN THEIR REAL ESTATE NEEDS", they have rewarded me with countless referrals.
The Real Estate industry is client based. If my client is not happy, I am not happy. So, therefore, my clients are first and foremost when I am assisting them in their real estate needs.
I must add that one of my recent real transactions, which included a purchase of a condo in Florida, peaked my interest within the real estate field and that is working with people who are in the process of relocating from the Northeast to Florida. I found that experience to be eye opening and I enjoyed learning the different properties and landscapes of Florida. I highly recommend that if you are considering relocating to another state, don't be afraid; it will be exciting and eventful. So, let me assist you in cultivating your real estate needs!
